We consult for treatment facilities with the following specialities and demographics:
- Adult (ages 18+) and Adolescent (ages 12-17) treatment centers
- Mental Health Treatment including the levels of care of telehealth, Crisis Stabilization, In-patient care, Out-patient, Intensive Out-patient, and Partial Hospitalization care.
- Substance Use Disorder Treatment including the levels of care of Detox, In-patient care, Out-patient, Intensive Out-patient, and Partial Hospitalization care.
- Training can range from technicians to clinical staff
- We assist in training businesses/staff in our processes for success and best practices, compliance, documentation, etc.
- Types of positions we recruit for can include but are not limited to: Program Directors, Clinical Directors/staff (therapists/case managers), Medical Directors/staff (PA’s, Nurses, etc.), Technician staff, etc. We can post positions and filter through applications with our trained recruiting staff, we can provide assessments prior to interviews, and handle the interviewing process.
- Our HR department serves consults for the facility as their HR, handling employee files, onboarding, payroll, etc.
- Can consult for facilities that are in the beginning stages from before licensing or even those who have been open for some time and need to get re-organized and up-to-date.
